Vatel E-learning Program
This short course teaches the required English, attitude & behaviour, customer service and practical skills in both Front Office and Food & Beverage in the Hospitality sector.
The blended training model will incorporate online learning, classroom facilitation and practical sessions to equip students with the skills to deliver acceptable international levels of service in Front office activities, Food & Beverage, and English for Hospitality.
Each course will be delivered over a four-week period, with an option of a morning and evening shift.
The full duration of the program will last one month, three hours per week.
Students will receive a certificate after completion of the course with a required pass mark
Requirements:
- Must be within the ages of 16-35 years’ old
- Possess a certificate for a Bachelors degree/A2/Diploma with a TVET academic background in Hospitality
- Must have basic IT skills
- Commitment to complete the course
- Ability to speak English
