Education First Programme
This joint programme with the Rwandan Development Board primarily focuses on English proficiency and communication skills, which have been identified as a critical challenge for the industry. It also boosts essential hospitality skills, including knowledge about the attractiveness of Rwanda as a premier tourism destination and a focus on how to offer world-class service during events and conferences.
About the programme
The programme will be delivered online via EF English Live available on all devices, the curriculum is delivered by EF’s experience language teachers and multi lingual study advisors who are available on demand, 24 /7.
The programme is divided into a 16-level scale that is aligned to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and supports true beginners to upper advanced competency levels.
Each step on EF scale corresponds to an achievable incremental increase in competency (Each step defined by “can do” statements i e At level 12 a learner can explain advantages and disadvantages of a relevant issue)
